First Aid for a Choking Unconscious Adult
Step 1
Call 999/991.
Step 2
See if there is a foreign body which can be swept out.
Step 3
Attempt rescue breathing.
Step 4
If breaths are not possible because of the foreign body perform abdominal thrusts.
Step 5
If unsuccessful, attempt to sweep out foreign body.
Step 6
Provide breaths.
Step 7
Repeat abdominal thrusts if necessary.

Repeat the sequence until successful.

3. Abdominal thrusts
